Summary/Abstract: The article concerns the concept of decomodification and its usefulness in the theory of labor law. The author refers to the distinction between quantitative and qualitative decomodification present in the literature on social policy and makes an attempt to use this distinction to explain the growing integration paradigm in employment of disabled people.
