Summary/Abstract: The article presents the role of human capital in the process of organization development, with special emphasis on employee participation. Participation is understood as employee’s involvement in a decision-making. Participatory management style is currently the most effective method of enterprise management. The participative management style is used in a socially responsible business. The aim of the study is to prove that socially responsible business has the causative power in reducing economic disproportions of households, by engaging in supporting social policy of states.
