Summary/Abstract: This article is about the administrative contract according to the latest changes from 2017 in APC. The legal nature of the contract is considered as a form of participation of the state and municipalities in the economic sphere, their scope, use of public funds, as well as the monetary nature of the legal consequences of these contracts. There is also a proposed definition and new legal framework for administrative contracts.
