Summary/Abstract: The tendency to diversify global security actors is also accompanied by the growing importance of non-state security actors, including international security organizations, non-governmental organizations, various humanitarian, environmental and transnational groups (mass-media, ethnic-religious, scientific, terrorist, organized crime movements, etc.), which can increasingly influence the decisions of national governments, or the configuration of the regional or global security architecture.
