Summary/Abstract: The evolution of political-military events in the last decades has been marked by profound changes in the way conflicts are approached by participating actors. The emergence and fulminate development of technological means with significant effects in the conflict equation, the conceptual changes regarding the way of approaching the armed struggle and the difference created from the point of view of the fighting power between the actors involved in the conflict have led to the transposition in fact profound changes in the configuration of the current and future operational environment and of the actions taken.
