Summary/Abstract: This paper presents dissertation thesis entitled the same, defended at thе „Vasil Levski” NMU in May two thousand and eighteen. It is designed to promote the theme and the results of the thesis, to share the author's views and the confirmed hypothesis, as well as to present the National Military University “Vassil Levski” as a modern educational and scientific organization, successor of 140-year traditions in training and education of highly qualified specialists in the field of military, natural, social and technical sciences, which is a recognizable subject in the Bologna Process.
