To this end, data were collected 82 companies operating in different industries. Correlation matrices and item to total correlations were used for the analysis. The results indicated that terrorist activity risk is the most perceived supply chain risk in Nigeria. It was also found that many companies can reduce the level of many supply chain risks with an optimum level of capacity and good planning.
