Summary/Abstract: In a market economy the required public takings should be repaid obligatorily, gratuitously, irrevocably and in due time, and in accordance with the legal provisions of the applicable laws in the country. The rule is effective in the „nuclear” sector. This determines the actuality of the paper whose object is the financial obligations, and subject – the analysis of these obligations to comply with priorities of the „Europe 2020” strategy.
