Summary/Abstract: To work with little or practically zero marketing budget is a common feature of small businesses. This limits the choice of possible to use marketing tools and marketing channels to reach their customers. Social networks, even with its appearance on the Internet, become almost the only one alternative to small businesses to communicate with users outside the points of sale.
