Summary/Abstract: During the 1990s and the beginning of the Twenty-first Century there was an acceleration in the Europeanization process of society as well as in political activism in both Western and Eastern Europe. It resulted in the formation of very diverse positions towards European integration, among other Eurosceptic positions.
