Summary/Abstract: Artificial intelligence opens up significant opportunities for transforming human resource activities. Despite this potential, its practical implementation is characterized by considerable complexity and a number of organizational, technological, and social challenges. The aim of this study is to present a practical model for the sustainable implementation of artificial intelligence in human resources activities, based on an integrative literature synthesis with deductive conceptual development of a theoretical framework, which reduces the risks during the implementation process.
