Summary/Abstract: This paper presents a conceptual framework for an integrated model of employee evaluation aimed at identifying development potential and building structured career paths within organizations. The study examines the relationship between performance evaluation, competency models, and employee career development planning. The proposed approach seeks to support organizations in achieving more effective talent management, enhancing employee motivation, and improving the retention of key personnel. The paper concludes with guidelines for the practical implementation of the concept within the framework of strategic human resource management.
