Summary/Abstract: The paper presents findings from an empirical study of working parents in Bulgaria, focusing on organizational support in reconciling professional and family roles. Three scales are analyzed: work flexibility and organization, direct supervisor support, and organizational culture, collegial climate, and psychological safety. The results indicate high internal reliability of the scales, strong positive correlations among them, and statistically significant differences by gender, company type, and company size. The findings suggest that organizational support is a multidimensional factor shaping the work–parenthood experience of employed parents.
