Summary/Abstract: This report examines Generation Z as a key factor in the transformation of employment models and attitudes toward social security in the context of the digital economy. The analysis is based on secondary sources and an original survey, covering attitudes toward education, the link between education and employment, factors influencing job choice, and the prevalence of flexible forms of work. The results indicate a preference for flexible and individualized employment models, combined with a desire for job security and declining trust in institutional mechanisms. In this context, the need to adapt education systems and labor policies to ensure more effective integration of young people is emphasized.
