Summary/Abstract: Modern organizations operating in a dynamic business environment and amid rapid digital transformation are increasingly seeking opportunities to develop and improve their human resource management systems. The aim of this report is to explore possibilities for modeling alternatives for the development and improvement of human resource management systems by analyzing various theoretical approaches and, on this basis, to develop a conceptual framework covering the main HR processes. The report offers practical guidelines for improving the effectiveness of HRM.
