Summary/Abstract: Population ageing and accelerated digital transformation are creating new challenges for the labour market in Bulgaria. The report analyses the trends in the demographic structure of the labour force, the participation of older workers, and the shortage of digital skills. The main risks to the economy and social security are examined and policies for adapting the working environment, developing digital competencies, and extending working life within the framework of sustainable development are proposed.
