Summary/Abstract: Cognitive processes and workload of employees is becoming key to optimizing work efficiency and well-being. The present study offers a methodological framework for an integrated analysis of cognitive load by combining physiological, behavioral and psychometric indicators. It covers the collection, synchronization and analysis of multimodal data, including electroencephalographic signals (EEG), eye tracking, behavioral metrics from interface interaction, as well as psychometric tools for assessing self-regulation and behavior control. The proposed research approach allows for a deeper understanding of the interaction between cognitive processes and human behavior in digital environments in a digital environment. This article offers only a conceptual methodological framework without empirical analysis and results, which will be the subject of further development.
