Summary/Abstract: This paper aims to contribute to the existing body of scholarly knowledge on gender-based violence against women in the workplace in Bulgaria. It examines the typical profile of those affected and draws conclusions regarding the extent to which one can speak of so-called “regimes of gender inequality,” which, embedded in organizational structures and fueled by imposed cultural and social norms, lead to the perpetuation of existing power imbalances between men and women.
