Summary/Abstract: The report analyses the results and the contribution to the promotion of employment among disadvantaged groups in the labour market of the financial instruments implemented during the 2014-2020 programming period, financed with funds from the Operational Programme „Human Resources Development“ 2014 2020, and on this basis examines the possibilities and potential of the financial instruments to expand the intervention and increase the efficiency of the use of public resources during the current 2021-2027 programming period.
