Summary/Abstract: The discussion presented herein is part of a broader doctoral research whereas exploring vocational counsellor’s reflective observations about their experience, individual changes and counseling interventions we tried to clarify how they managed to develop their intercultural competencies in order to be proactive and functional in counseling culturally diverse individuals.
