Summary/Abstract: This chapter explores the features of students' emotional intelligence in the context of ongoing social transformations. It examines theoretical approaches to understanding the structure and components of emotional intelligence, defines it as an integrative personal property, and highlights its key functions such as interpretive, regulatory, adaptive, and activating. Furthermore, the text discusses various technologies and study programs implemented at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University aimed at developing students' emotional intelligence to enhance their professional readiness and stress resistance.
