Summary/Abstract: This paper explores digital models for control and integrity in public fund management, focusing on public procurement and financial transparency. It compares three international models for digital control and integrity in public spending – Italy’s ANAC system for procurement oversight, France’s Chorus Pro B2G e-invoicing platform, and Kazakhstan’s AI-based Datanomix model. Building on their strengths, the paper proposes a Digital Procurement Integrity Hub (DPIH) for Bulgaria, integrating data from CAIS EOP, ARACHNE, ISBK and the forthcoming national e-invoicing system. The model aims to provide full-cycle procurement oversight through automated analytics, anomaly detection, structured open data and institutional cooperation. The findings show that digital tools can transform public spending control from reactive to preventive, enhancing transparency, accountability and public trust.
