Summary/Abstract: This report explores the role of intelligent technologies in the development and maintenance of reputation within sports organizations. The focus is placed on professional football clubs, with particular attention to the relationship between reputational capital and the financial standing of these entities. The analysis is grounded in the hypothesis that contemporary tools based on artificial intelligence (AI) can be strategically employed to influence key determinants shaping public perception of clubs. The study identifies a set of factors with direct impact on reputation and integrates them into an intelligent methodology built upon various AI-based instruments.
