Summary/Abstract: A significant part of the investment community still accepts the so-called cryptocurrencies as purely speculative financial instruments, the price of which has no foundation whatsoever. In this regard, the movements in their prices are mainly explained by the sentiments of market participants and the general macro environment. This report attempts to present the possibilities for applying fundamental approaches to determine the real value of these instruments.
