Summary/Abstract: The report examines several interrelated issues related to the monetary policy of central banks and in particular the ECB, both in the context of the evolution of money and monetary systems, and of conjunctural problems. The concepts of "Quantitative easing", "Helicopter money", "Unconditional basic income", are commented on, each of which is an area of overlap of economic, social and monetary policies, as well as political ideologies. An interesting concept in this sequence is the so-called "Quantitative easing for the people". It is believed that the concept was introduced into circulation by Jeremy Corbyn from the Labour Party in Great Britain in 2015. However, much earlier, even Milton Friedman expressed a positive opinion in a similar direction, speaking of a "negative tax", which, in his opinion, would reduce bureaucracy and be financed with the saved funds. This report attempts to find what is common and what is different between these concepts, and to provide theoretical and empirical evidence for their applicability.
