Summary/Abstract: A learning organization continuously improves itself by encouraging people at all levels to share knowledge, reflect on their experiences, and adapt to change. In such organizations, mistakes are viewed as learning opportunities, new ideas are welcomed, and employees are encouraged to develop their skills and understanding of work processes. The article attempts to explain a group of respondents' assessment of whether their organizations are learning through organizational learning and organizational flexibility. The effect of organizational learning is about 25% stronger than that of organizational flexibility on the learning organization score.
