Summary/Abstract: In this paper we present the practical aspects of the operational financial management based on the strategies for control of working capital, the capital structure and the average cost of capital. In order to fulfil this purpose it is necessary to formulate analytical modifications of the working capital in combination with optimization of its structure and the average cost of financing. These specific generated indicators will allow to define the level of operational risk that will allow maximization of financial benefits from currently used capital, but still keeping an adequate cost of available financing options.
