Summary/Abstract: This article examines the problem of improving the emotional culture of educators in working with preschoolers with special educational needs. It presents an analysis of the views of Moldovan researchers on the problem of forming the emotional culture of teachers, substantiates the need to improve this work, and summarizes the experience of an early education institution in the city of Briceni.
