Summary/Abstract: Drawing on an analysis of pedagogical practice and specific examples of the participation of children from Kindergarten No.89 in various competitions, the paper illustrates how such initiatives contribute to the strengthening of national identity, the development of preschoolers’ creative potential, and the cultivation of a sense of belonging to global culture. The research addresses both theoretical and practical dimensions of intercultural education for preschool children within the context of a globalizing society. Special attention is devoted to the role of international and national competitions as effective instruments for fostering respect for cultural diversity, tolerance, and the advancement of personal and communicative competencies in early childhood.
