Summary/Abstract: Effective communication between psychologists, support teachers, and parents of children with special educational needs (SEN) is the cornerstone of inclusive education. This article explores the theoretical, methodological, and applied foundations of relational communication, emphasizing empathy, authenticity, and reflective dialogue as essential factors in developing trust-based partnerships. Drawing on international practices from the UK, Finland, and the US, as well as national frameworks such as the Moldovan Education Code (2014) and Government Decision no. 950/2023, the paper provides practical strategies, applied exercises, and extended case studies. The relational approach promotes cooperation between schools and families, ensuring children’s emotional well-being and sustained academic progress within inclusive environments.
