Summary/Abstract: Globalization, migration, and the increasing interdependence of contemporary societies have created a context in which intercultural competence becomes an essential dimension of education and human development. Within this framework, perspectives on intercultural competence have evolved significantly, shifting from classical approaches focused on adapting to diversity and avoiding cultural conflicts to emerging concepts that emphasize creativity, critical thinking, and dialogue among multiple perspectives. These developments highlight the multifaceted nature of intercultural competence, encompassing cognitive, affective, and behavioral dimensions that enable individuals to interact effectively and ethically in diverse social and professional contexts.
