Summary/Abstract: Creating an inclusive environment in a modern educational institution is one of the priorities included in the European integration process calendar, but it is also the main goal of the process of democratizing education by connecting it to the demands of society. Teachers often face a lack of resources, personal prejudices and external pressures. However, there are effective strategies to overcome these challenges: participating in professional training courses, collaborating with parents and the community, writing a reflection journal.
