Summary/Abstract: Inclusive education represents both a pedagogical philosophy and a professional responsibility, aimed at valuing diversity and ensuring equitable access to learning. This paper explores the theoretical foundations and practical applications of activity personalization in the teaching of Romanian language and literature, focusing on the specific competencies of the discipline. Through a comparative analysis of traditional and inclusive strategies, complemented by models based on Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences, the study demonstrates how inclusive approaches can enhance learning outcomes and foster a climate of equity and respect in schools. The practical section includes comparative tables and examples of student-created products, highlighting the potential of personalization as a means of integrating all learners into the educational process.
