Summary/Abstract: The school-family educational partnership represents a key psychological instrument in supporting inclusion and students’ socio-emotional development. The study, conducted in primary education, highlights the role of school-family collaboration in preventing adaptation difficulties and strengthening students’ well-being. From the school psychologist’s perspective, the relationship with the family has both formative and protective functions, facilitating early intervention and educational community cohesion. The research proposes several strategies for strengthening the partnership-teacher training in relational competencies, empathetic dialogue, and joint activities focused on inclusion. Thus, the partnership becomes a framework of emotional support and equity for every child.
