Summary/Abstract: In the current turbulent environment, the processes of recruitment, selection, and socialization are undergoing significant transformation, becoming a strategic tool. Digital transformation, AI, as well as intergenerational and cultural differences have a tangible impact on these processes. The present report aims to examine and compare the approaches to managing these activities in the countries of Southeast Asia (ASEAN) and the European Union (EU). Content analysis shows ASEAN’s shift toward digital and flexible HR practices, whereas the EU prioritizes regulation and sustainability. For international companies, the adaptation of human resource management practices through glocalization is essential, particularly in the stages of selection and socialization. The conclusion is that effective management of recruitment, selection, and socialization requires the integration of digital technologies with inclusive strategies that account for generational and cultural diversity. Only thus can organizations ensure sustainable development and maintain competitiveness on a global scale.
