Summary/Abstract: Artificial intelligence today represents a revolutionary technology. Given that technologies permeate all spheres of our lives, it is necessary to address the area of legislation and law related to artificial intelligence. This article deals with artificial intelligence in the context of copyright law at the level of human society and companies. The article also deals with the legal regulation of artificial intelligence from the perspective of European legislation and the legislation of various countries. The article aims to offer a comprehensive and up-to-date view of the issues related to artificial intelligence, emphasizing copyright issues and differences between individual legislative approaches, thus supporting further professional discussion and research in this area.
