Summary/Abstract: Employee satisfaction is one of the most thoroughly studied professional phenomena in modern business organisations. The aim of the article presented is to establish the extent to which there are differences in the levels of satisfaction of employees depending on the jobs they perform in the hotels surveyed in Sofia. Some trends were analysed and specific profiles were identified related to the general and facet employee satisfaction relative to the jobs performed, using the descriptive statistics methods, based on a survey carried out in 2024 (857 respondents working in 42 hotels).
