Summary/Abstract: The article discusses tourist resources located in the Trakia Tourist Region, which was established in 2015 in the “Concept for the Tourist Regionalization of Bulgaria”. They could potentially or actually be included in the project “Interactive map of the Trakia Tourist Region (agritourism, local culture and traditions)” at the Agricultural University of Plovdiv. The resources subject to the study are systematized according to the basic classifications (typologies) of tourist resources accepted in theory. Based on classification, some conclusions have been drawn about the specificity of the analyzed resources and their potential to attract tourists.
