Summary/Abstract: A new era of technological development is emerging in the dynamic tourism industry. The new revolution - Industry 5.0 puts people at the center of innovation, combining artificial intelligence, robotics and sustainable technologies. The main approaches of these technologies are the automation of processes and the personalization of experiences, contributing to sustainability, which is expressed in the efficient management of resources and the reduction of the ecological footprint. Despite the potential benefits, the innovations under consideration also have their challenges in the face of high implementation costs, the need to balance human presence with automation, and ethical human issues. Industry 5.0 has the potential to transform tourism, combining technological advances and a humane approach, leading to more sustainable and innovative travel in the future.
