Summary/Abstract: The article examines the role and significance of public–private partnerships (PPPs) in the educational sphere, analyzing their opportunities, challenges, and achievements. It introduces the concept of PPPs as a model of joint activity between the state and the private sector with the aim of improving the quality and access to education. The opportunities offered by PPPs include expanding the resource base, innovations in teaching, modernization of infrastructure, and increasing the efficiency of governance. This model enables greater flexibility, attracts investors, and fosters the development of new educational programs aligned with the needs of the labor market.
