Summary/Abstract: Corporate sustainability in recent years has been at the center of discussion both in academia and in research centers and non-governmental organization. Social aspects of corporate sustainability are an area still insufficiently explored in the context of European social taxonomy. The goal of article is to systematize current economic literature and to assess the contribution of Bulgarian non- financial enterprises to achieving sustainability and adaptability in the context of Sustainable Development Goals. Statistical data provided by the National Statistical Institute on the results achieved by Bulgarian enterprises are summarized.
