Summary/Abstract: The digital environment offers the Church an outstanding framework for proclaiming the Gospel of Christ. This instrument is not merely an opportunity, but is increasingly becoming a priority in cultivating and transmitting the message of Christian faith to believers in the 21st century. Nowadays, the media overlaps with digital platforms, as all channels for communicating Church-related information are found online. A community whose message is consistently updated is a well-grounded and well-formed one, capable of responding to the challenges posed by the progressive space, which often brings misinformation or other harmful influences. Such communication should not come solely from individuals – whether ordained or not – who seek to plant the Word of God in people’s hearts, but should instead become an expression of the Church’s institutional identity. It ought to reflect an authentic way of life and present models to be followed in contemporary society, which is becoming increasingly confused and lacking in clear moral and spiritual reference points.
