Summary/Abstract: The disposal of inherited shares of minors is incorrectly denied insofar as it is based on the inability of the latter persons to enter into a membership relationship with the company. This creates artificial difficulties in carrying out disposition transactions with the shares aimed at avoiding liquidation, resulting from misinterpretation of the law.
