Summary/Abstract: Courts apply law through procedures. It often happens that their justification forms a legal-political discourse that is important for society. There are examples in the Bulgarian judicial system in which courts justify their judicial acts with religious arguments. The question arises – is Bulgarian society religious enough to recognize such legal acts?
