Summary/Abstract: The listing of subject of corrupt practices in the legislation is incomplete and hinders counteracting of corruption in Bulgaria. The moment when corruption practice is created and executed must be considered by the Bulgarian legislator. Changes of the legislation are required and the candidates for political offices and members of the parastatals must be included in the list of possible subjects of corruption.
