Summary/Abstract: The article considers the problems in the arbitration proceedings, after the changes of the Law on International Commercial Arbitration from 2017, which led to the elimination of the “contradiction with public order”, as a ground for revocation. Arbitration awards that violate fundamental legal principles are not subject to judicial review. This leads to a different legal regime between domestic and foreign arbitration awards.
