Summary/Abstract: The publication is divided into two parts. The first its contains an overview of the different opinions from jurisprudence on the issue of whether the enforcement action performed after the termination of the enforcement proceedings is capable of interrupting the limitation period. The second part contains a detailed analysis of the legal framework and argues the thesis of the continuity of the limitation period from the enforcement actions carried out under the already terminated enforcement proceedings.
