Summary/Abstract: The legislative approach in governing the circle of persons that may bring a collective claim is decisive for the overall organization of the proceedings. The legislation established by the Bulgarian legislator creates conditions for the existence of contradictory views on the adopted model and the standing of the persons that have brought an action. It is to these two issues and their possible solutions that the present study is devoted.
