Summary/Abstract: The report addresses the legal issues of applicability of Article 229, para 1, item 4 of the Civil Procedure Code (CPC) on claims for infringed trademark rights, provided that there are pending administrative or court proceedings on the revocation or deletion of the trademark. It analyses the correlation between Article 38, para. 4 of the Law on Trademarks and Geographical Indications (LTGI) and Article 229, para 1, item 4 of CPC.
