An integral part of this behaviour is ethics. Respect for human dignity, moral law, and responsibility are the main characteristics of good leaders. Taking into account that modern communication uses artificial intelligence as a tool, the author's objective is to explore the relationship between AI and leadership and whether people trust bots or their superiors more. Research questions are: How does AI affect leadership? Can Sun Tzu's theory help connect artificial intelligence and leadership in a way that makes us better leaders? The main hypothesis is that using the deontological aspect of Sun Tzu's theory of war could be useful in the application of artificial intelligence to leadership in contemporary business communication. Descriptive method, analytical method, and a comparative analysis were used in the paper. The conclusion is that AI can help leaders in leadership and that Sun Tzu's theory of war can be useful in its application in leadership in organizations.
